To use the FTP Service, connect to the internet as usual and launch your FTP software. Make a new connection and enter the host name, user ID and directory as listed below.
VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE IN THE USER NAME IT IS 4 (FOUR ZERO'S AND A LOWER CASE 'o' LOWER CASE 'b'. THE PASSWORD BEGINS WITH AN UPPERCASE 'U' AND REST OF PASSWORD IS IN LOWERCASE.
